Philippine Visa for Children of Resident Immigrants (13B&C)


This visa is issued to children born during the temporary visit of immigrant parents (mothers) abroad who are holding permanent resident visas in the Philippines. This is only applicable for children who are accompanying or joining the parents for five years from the date of birth.

Requirements

  1. Notarized Letter-Request by the petitioning parent (mother)
  2. Accomplished and Notarized General Application Form (BI Form No. MCL-07-01)
  3. ACR I-CARD of the parent (mother)
  4. a Philippine Embassy or Consulate authenticated copy of the English translated birth certificate of the child, if written in foreign language
  5. Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate
  6. Photocopy of the parent’s (mother’s) and child’s passports

Children of Resident Immigrants (13C)

This visa is issued to children born before the expiration of the immigrant visas of the foreign parents (mothers).

Requirements

  1. Notarized Letter-Request by the petitioning parent (mother)
  2. Accomplished and Notarized General Application Form (BI Form No. MCL-07-01)
  3. ACR I-CARD of the parent (mother)
  4. NSO authenticated copy of the child’s birth certificate
  5. Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate
  6. Photocopy of the parent’s (mother’s) and child’s passports
